This is a program to train student for entry-level employment as a barber-stylist. Our course provides 1500 clock hours over a period of nine months, eighteen months maximum.
With our talented, experienced teachers available to help you develop your skills, combined with our innovative and effective curriculum, you'll be able to gain a clear understanding of the field. Before long, you'll be able to provide an enormous array of professional barber and stylist services for customers in your own community.

Braiding, weaving and extensions are the biggest trend in hair styling today! Master all individual braids, micro-braids, kinky twists, weaves, cornrows, cornrows with extension, comb twists, flat twists, and no-knot cornrows.

With hair braiding and/or weaving extension specialist on your resume, you will stand-out among other braid stylist.
Just one week for the braiding specialist license Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-6pm. Saturday only class 8am-6pm for 4 weeks.
Hair weaving specialist course is 3 months, Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-6pm. License after program completed.

Our schools are looking for high energy, enthusiastic, licensed barber-stylists who have a desire to become a teacher.
Studies of the principles of teaching both manual skills and theory skills to basic barber-stylist, beauty, braid, and weave extension students.
Upon completion of this course, the student teacher shall have demonstrated competencies required to pass TDLR Examination and the ability to:
1. Work in a licensed Barber-Stylist School as an entry-level instructor.
2. Teach theory classes in all aspects of barber-stylist, braids, and weave extensions.
3. Supervise clinic floor work.
4. Test and evaluate student progress.
5. Write lesson plan.
6. Supervise students work performance.
7. Other assigned job duties.
